An interesting class, but definitely a challenge

Space D was a pretty cool class if you like space, because you learn all kinds of stuff about orbits, attitude dynamics, the history of spaceflight, and such. I had it with Dr. Humphreys, who was an enjoyable professor, but pretty serious on the derivations. A lot of the math behind the subject can be hard to grasp at first, and you'll probably be using MATLAB to code some of the more algorithmic homework problems. Pay attention, because everything you learn in here you will need to know for orbital mechanics.
