Introduction to the instrumentation used in structural analysis, including linear variable displacement transducers (LVDTs), strain gauges, piezoelectric force sensors, accelerometers, and other sensors. Studies various methods of experimental design and data acquisition. Students explore the response of different aerospace structures through hands-on laboratory experiments.
