Physics at UT is hard, but worth it
A lot of people will tell you to take physics off campus, and there is some merit to this.
Physics at UT is really difficult, but it does a great job of preparing you for the really difficult classes you will be taking later on. If you can pass 303k, you WILL pass statics. Look at the grade distributions provided by myEdu and by the university. That model is a realistic picture of what to expect.
Short story: If you love your GPA more than your education, take Physics off campus. If you really want to learn, take it here.
